Return Policy:

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit or exchange.

  • All returns must be post marked within 30 days of purchase, in new and unused condition; all clothing must have tags and labels

  • To return an item please contact customer service at : info@frassrollingpaper.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). After Receiving your RMA, place all items, including proof of purchase and your RMA in it's original packaging, if possible, and return it to:

Refund:

After receiving your return its condition will be inspected, and your return will be processed. Please allow 7 days for processing once your item has been received. You will receive an email once the process is complete
